Pilates transformed my body and ignited a passion to understand how bodies work. Over the past 18 years, I've taught in studios and osteopathic, chiropractic, and physiotherapy clinics addressing clients’ needs in partnership with other health professionals. My teaching is informed by current developments, and new insights. My Neuroscience MSci taught me how to read and understand primary scientific research with a critical eye, so I have solid knowledge, combined with a thorough appreciation of Pilates principles.
