A former competitive swimmer, Allie has always loved high intensity training and found that a regular yoga practice improved her endurance and fitness, while having the added benefit of helping to manage her ADHD and anxiety.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Yoga became part of Amandine's everyday life from the moment she discovered it back in 2014. Shortly after, she completed a 200h Yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow with YogaLondon in order to share this practice with others.

Salvo’s yoga journey begun as a way of finding self-healing over 12 years ago in Trento (Italy) where he originally come from. Salvo’s teaching style is fun, inclusive and full of love. He wants to create an environment where students can feel safe to explore all layers of their practice.
