Indoor bouldering at Substation is the perfect year-round party activity for kids aged 5+ years. Experience 60 minutes of climbing in our dedicated kids area followed by 30 minutes for pizza and drinks. For kids aged 7+, all parties are led by one of our qualified instructors. For ages 5-6, we offer private hire of the space with parental supervision. Please book a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. We require 1 adult to every 2 children attending.

Took a big youth group and the instructors were amazing with the kids and everyone came away having had a great time.
WE ALL HAD GREAT FUN
We took 10 members of our youth group to Substation recently and had a fantastic time. The staff were brilliant! Most of them had not been bouldering before and some were a bit nervous but the leaders instantly made everyone feel at ease and we all had great fun.
ROUTES FOR ALL LEVELS
Relaxed atmosphere, good climbing routes for all levels, ages, fitness levels. Good price. There is a upper level for kids. Food was nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking wasn't a problem.
